You can place your reservation in the following ways:

2. Via e-mail, pointing out arrival and departure dates, number of the adults, number and age of children, kind of rooms and any additional service required.
3. Filling out the form provided in the RESERVATION SECTION.
4. Any reservation must be confirmed within 2 days by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the cost for the entire staying.
5. In case the payment won’t be  executed the reservation will be cancelled.
6. As soon as the deposit will be paid we will confirm the reservation via Telephon or E-mail.

9. SETTLE:

All accounts must be settled by the arrival (check-in) at the B&B.


10. PENALTIES:

Once a reservation is confirmed it will only be possible to cancel it sending an official communication via fax or e-mail.
In any case the following penalties will be applied:

• Until 15 days before the arrival: no penalties.
• From 14 to 4 days before the arrival: 50% of the deposit.
• From 3 days before the arrival: 100% of the deposit.
